Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with a high degree of accuracy

Manage, coordinate, and administer the program’s day-to-day operational activities including process implementation, change management, quality assurance, data management, and risk management

BSc with 2+ years of relevant experience

Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively and gain the cooperation of others across functional teams

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Plan and coordinate agenda items for recurring program/project team meetings, including scheduling and recording of minutes

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project completion including providing support to Product Management, Manufacturing, and Operations

May be responsible for developing project plans to meet product requirements

At least 5 years lab-based work experience with a minimum of 2 years industry experience

Not afraid to learn new skills and excited to implement novel techniques

Experience developing nanoparticle formulations with a preference towards drug delivery would be advantageous

Experience with a broad range of laboratory techniques. Key examples include: flow cytometry, gel electrophoresis, PCR, DNA sequencing, microscopy and DLS
