Key responsibilities and duties of the position include:

Liaise with Project Management Office and Information Technology Services to create, update, and maintain project plans throughout the lifecycle of projects.

Assist with monitoring project timelines and progress, escalating potential issues or delays to management for resolution.

Management of software licenses on various platforms

Ability to provide a positive customer experience with outstanding customer service skills

Review current processes and business requirements.

Create, update, and maintain documentation, including diagrams, for business requirements and processes.

Ensure adherence to and develop best practices supporting Citi’s Project Management Standards

Analyze wholesale loans data requirements and identify disparate data sources required for consolidation.

Design logical and conceptual wholesale loans data model to meet business requirements.

Work with the stakeholders to understand and gather requirements and produce business specifications, functional design and associated documentation.

Validate solution implementations and ensure they meet business and functional requirements.

Business/ data analysis experience in financial industry

Significant experience as Business Analyst with any Investment/ Global Bank in Foreign Exchange, Trade Processing, Risk Management areas

Manage traceability of requirements from BRD till Test Plan / Results.

Understanding full front to back workflow asset classes like (FX/FI/MM/Derivatives) viz., deal capture, deal execution, risk management, confirmations, accounting, settlements etc.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to transform business requirements into precise functional/technical specifications

Work with stakeholders in Trading Business, Operations, Technology and PMO to run meetings, coordinate and gather business requirements

Create high quality documentation for Business and Functional Requirements

Engage & build relationships with stakeholders across key regional teams, specifically Liquidity Management, Business Treasury & Global Functions Technology

Experience in Business Analysis within large scale, multi-year programs; Proven analytical capabilities

Excellent interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations

Knowledge and some experience working with Tableau / Python / SQL

8+ years of total experience

Knowledge and understanding of Liquidity Risk and regulatory impacts including but not restricted - LCR, FR 2052a, RLAP, etc.

Demonstrated ability to provide professional expertise to staff, departments and IMITS stakeholders, and guidance regarding standard processes for project management.

Superior analytical, problem-solving and system analysis skills.
