A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Experience in the design or manufacturing of mechanical components.

Knowledge of Catia, Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and other simulation tools is an asset.

Demonstrate expertise on the Sea Logistics product / service offerings and manage the sales of these offerings

Solid PC operational knowledge along with Microsoft Office applications experience.

Produce and close new business opportunities and develop a strategy for account qualifications.

Develop the experience to sell Airfreight, Road Freight Customs brokerage, contract logistics and insurance services.

Stong Business Development experience working with large corporate clients

Knowledge of sea logistics services including FCL, LCL, special equipment, consolidations, trans-loading and drayage services would be an advantage

Minimum 5 years experience in the travel agent industry (cruise or airline - ideally with a maritime background)

Strong international routing knowledge and well versed on world geography

Proven Corporate, VIP and Executive Travel experience

Responding directly to travel requests from B2B and B2C Air/Sea accounts

Work queues & schedule changes as assigned

Issuing airline tickets within Air/Sea guidelines

Lead global sales and marketing for Hepburn’s RAS business segment including new business, spares and field service offerings.

Develop and manage a new opportunities sales funnel.

Expand the depth and breadth of Hepburn’s product offerings strategic to the company’s success.

5+ years’ experience of progressive global Business Development experience with large RAS/marine industry capital equipment projects.

Highly proficient with technology; with strong computer skills including Microsoft suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), and an understanding of ERP systems.

Identify and build relationships with key opportunity stakeholders to promote Hepburn and influence the outcomes in Hepburn’s favor.

·Monthly financial manager reporting including determination of “cost to complete” analysis
