Job Title : Project Manager/PMO (Scrum & PMP)

PMP & Scrum Certification Must

• Some years’ experience leading projects through Agile/Iterative methodologies.

Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.

Manage and Oversee at least 2 scrum teams. Own and conduct Scrum of Scrum meetings and other cross scrum team ceremonies

Properly manage the backlog and aid team in determining suitable commitments for product backlog items and sprints

4+ years of experience as a /Scrum Master or in a similar role.

Excellent communication and servant leadership skills

Onsite Location: Halifax, NS (remote option for initial few weeks only)

Demonstrated experience using Azure to manage backlogs and sprints

Defect management using Azure on active sprints

Demonstrated experience with and knowledge of Java and Oracle projects

Demonstrated experience with and knowledge of IBM's BPM

Scrum Master certified and/or demonstrated experience in managing Scrum projects in sprints.5+ years of Working as Scrum Master with Azure experience(Recently)

Experience managing projects on Azurewith Continuous Integration continuous delivery(CI/CD) (mandatory)

Contributes to improve agile management best practices within the Enterprise to help maintain and promote agile management practices professionalism.

Experience in Retail Industry & Knowledge of Retail Business/Technology is an Asset

Identifies dependencies with other teams and determines how to manage those dependencies without impacting the progress of the team.

3+ years of relevant work experience with Agile and Scrum.

Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSM) or Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) or equivalent formal education in Agile.

Specific experience in Agile methodologies such as SAFe is an asset.
