You have excellent communication skills

Screen passengers and their baggage using hand-held metal detectors and/or manual search to ensure no prohibited items enter the secure area

Monitor the flow of passengers through the checkpoint to ensure efficiency

Test baggage for any explosive materials, using equipment such as explosive detection machines or chemical swab systems

Report all incidents and/or breaches using established communication channels

Follow aviation regulations and standard operating procedures

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Knowledge and experience in administrative law, adjudicative processes, including conducting hearings in a tribunal setting.

Possesses strong analytical skills and keen critical thinking

Interpersonal skills to foster communication, collaboration and positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

Excellent written and oral communication skills

In-depth working knowledge of relevant City by-laws, legislation and regulations.

Relevant post-secondary education with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience supporting client service and/or project management

Transfer knowledge to practical application of best practices and operational/ program management.

Proven track record of partnership management/client service experience

Proven time management, planning, coordinating and organization skills; proactive in initiating multiple projects on an ongoing basis

Facilitate and enhance team efforts, sharing specialized knowledge and skills

Proven track record in exceptional client relationship management

Knowledge and experience with change management

Experience working in healthcare and knowledge of the Manitoba healthcare system

Developing knowledge products, including standard operating procedures, briefing notes, and reports.

At least 3 years of experience in program planning and implementation, public health, or project coordination

At least 3 years of experience supervising staff

Experience leading and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams

Clearance Requirements (RAIC) & Training

Post-secondary scientific diploma/certification or 2 years minimum experience working in a healthcare setting

Identify appropriate study candidacy based on knowledge of sites’ recruiting and upcoming studies

1 year minimum experience in Marketing, Sales, or Call Centre

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Work on enrollment and retention initiatives with Recruitment Team Lead

Experience may have been acquired through formal and informal settings (e.g. school, volunteer, work experience or projects).

Experience producing presentations, briefing materials and/or reports.

Experience conducting complex research and analysis using database systems.

Public Service Commission Approved CO-OP (Co-operative Education)/Internship Programs

Undergraduate degree and two (2) years of experience*

College diploma and four (4) years of experience*

High school diploma and seven (7) years of experience*

Experience in conducting interviews in an intelligence or security capacity

Experience working in areas related to intelligence or security matters

Current Certification with the CAMRT.

One (1) year's recent, related experience in Mammography procedures.

Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practice related to designated modality.

Demonstrated knowledge of organization policies, procedures and standards of care, including practice of safe work procedures with modality equipment.

Demonstrated knowledge of research process and methodology.

Demonstrated knowledge of PACS/Radiology Information Systems, i.e. digital imaging, image archiving and retrieval.

Excellent interpersonal, communication (both oral and written), presentation and business writing skills. Experience with version control systems and workflows a plus.

AML/ATF experience or analytic knowledge

Experience with statistical modeling and data science methods

Experience with wires, cheques, cash, trading transactional data a plus

Must be able to obtain a Transport Canada Security Clearance

Must be able to successfully complete all CATSA assessments including Screening Officer Foundations (SOF) and On-the-Job (OJT) programs.
