Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Maintain and manage the rota to reflect any changes in staffing

Manage consent form triaging in line with Immunisation Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

Support Programme Manager with their workload, and undertake delegated duties where necessary.

Liaise with the Training to ensure all health and safety requirements are met.

Experience as a Team Leader or similar role.

An Early Childhood Education Diploma or recognized equivalent an asset (high school completion required);

1-3 years experience with children ages 0 to 6;

Skills and flexibility to work with various age groupings from 0 to 6 years;

Knowledge of early childhood development, theory and practice;

Experience working within a multicultural environment;

Works with the children in a group while maintaining sensitivity to each child’s individual needs;

Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents

Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties

Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties

Bathe, dress and feed infants and children

Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents

Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development

Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description.

Previous caregiving experience is an asset.

- Completion of a recognized childcare program or equivalent experience

- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
