Specific Qualifications or Experience Required:

Patient Scheduling Team Manager and CST Director

• Gathering build data and workflow requirements for clinic-specific Cerner Scheduling build

• Ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of both front and back-end Cerner Millenium

• Cerner Millennium implementation experience in Scheduling systems an asset.

PHSA – Patient Scheduling Application Analyst

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration, medical office management, or related field is a plus.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities effectively.

Proven experience in appointment scheduling or similar administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, clinicians, and other team members.

Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and other relevant tools.

Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and adjust schedules accordingly.

Resourceful; well-organized; systematic analysis; strategic thinking; critical thinking; attention to detail; leadership and management skills.

Provide guidance to senior staff to determine requirements for new health informatics initiatives, including performance measurement and reporting, and program development.

Superior analytical skills , documentation, workflows, including the ability to comprehend, analyze and resolve complex issues.

Highly developed business writing and verbal communication skills with the ability to document work appropriately.

Knowledge of project structures; business case development; documentation of workflows; health care setting and analytical tools.

Demonstrable skills handling change requests, impacts, and tracking tasks, actions, risks, issues and impacts.

$20 - $22 (based on experience)

Prepare, manage, and coordinate all the scheduling activities for different sites in the lower mainland area.

Ensure all sites and zones are covered as scheduled and in accordance with client requirements.

Use scheduling software to input client requirements and update employee schedules.

Collaborate with the team to reduce overtime by seeking and applying scheduling knowledge.

Degree level education or technical certificate (Project Management, Commercial, Construction or other relevant discipline).

Proficient understanding and experience of Safety and Environmental legislation, practices and policies and Contract Management

A skilled Change Agent with the ability to successfully manage & resolve conflicts when they arise.

Schedules conform to Drax’s Project Controls and Schedule Management processes and procedures
