Scheduler – Atlantic Operations Team Jobs

Collaborate with the Senior Financial Analyst in month/quarter/year-end finance and accounting processes

Provide financial analysis and support in the planning process as directed by the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

University Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or an equivalent field

2+ years of Financial Analyst experience

Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

Strong computer skills using accounting and possibly financial planning software packages

Minimum 6 years of leadership management experience, ideally with a franchisor business within the restaurant or retail industry.

Establish credibility throughout the organization with management, employees and franchisees in order to support collaboration and problem-solving.

Demonstrated experience leading a team of operational specialists.

Strategic thinking & planning abilities with the ability to implement plans through to execution.

Strong people leadership & coaching experience with the ability to problem solve while communicating effectively with all key stakeholders and guests.

Create business objectives and financial targets for Business Consultants through the use of business analytics.

Maintain all the inactive employees and employees' availabilities

Schedulers must understand the full compliance requirement and priority coverages for each site

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must be able to demonstrate high customer service skills

Scheduling and security experience is an asset

Hours:** 6am-6pm Continental Rotation (2), 11am-11pm Continental Rotation (2)
