Essential Competencies, Skills and Experience

Typically, 2-5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Presales, Business Development, Field Services, or Customer Support

Proven experience with technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals

Proficient in SAP MM functionalities such as procurement, pricing, logistics, goods receipts, inventory management, invoicing, sub-contracting, and master data management.

In-depth knowledge of SAP Fashion / AFS/ FMS / Retail and SAP MM modules, including configuration, customization, and integration aspects.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues in production and provide timely resolutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

The eligible Candidate must offer over 5 to 8 years of engagement experience as an SAP EAM/PM Consultant.

Exception presentation skills, capable of delivering clear and engaging presentations to diverse audiences of any size.

Experience with technical solutions; specialist in some areas – Define based on pillars

Retail experience preferred with a first-hand understanding of retail operations culture, process, and strategies.

Base knowledge of and/or all of the following: point of sale, clienteling, retail fulfillment, communication, scheduling, and retail analytics.

Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks accordingly.

Engage in opportunity management to support needs discovery, qualification and solution demonstration throughout the sales cycle;

Support the account manager in identifying new business opportunities among existing or new accounts;

At least 5 years of experience in ERP software implementation or pre-sale, or as an ERP consultant;

Proficiency in ERP packages (SAP experience is a plus);

Strong presentation, demonstration and/or client training skills;

Collaborative and effective work skills with the sales team;
