Job Description

Position: SAP B1 Consultant

Our client is a well-established and leading provider of design solutions in the Montréal region. They’re looking for a talented SAP Business One consultant to design and deliver world-class SAP solutions for their evolving ERP requirements.

As an SAP consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering significant enhancements to the client’s SAP Business One implementation, especially its BEAS module. You will be responsible for designing and developing solutions within the SAP Business One platform that support business requirements and deliver value to business stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Recommend best SAP Business One solutions to address business needs
  • Maintain positive collaboration and communication with project team members
  • Configure and customize new functionality leveraging SAP Business One BEAS toolkit
  • Analyze business requirements and business processes through collaboration and observation
  • Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing, and iterative refinement
  • Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code
  • Support project team during testing phases
  • Ensure efficient and user-friendly system integrations and system functionality

Qualifications:

  • Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues.
  • SAP B1 certifications are considered a solid asset
  • 3+ years of experience with application and software development
  • 3+ years of experience in SAP Business One
  • Solid experience with SQL
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP technologies in the manufacturing industry
  • Great work ethic and ready to absorb best practice from the team
  • Strong experience with SAP B1 BEAS module
  • Development experience with SAP Business One SDK and/or DI API
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering.
  • Good communication skills.
