Overview The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve sales performance and increase sales productivity. This role works closely with sales leadership, sales operations, and marketing teams to ensure that sales teams have the tools, resources, and training they need to be successful. Detailed Job Description The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve sales performance and increase sales productivity. This role works closely with sales leadership, sales operations, and marketing teams to ensure that sales teams have the tools, resources, and training they need to be successful. The Sales Enablement Manager will develop and implement sales enablement programs, create and maintain sales tools and resources, and provide sales training and coaching. The Sales Enablement Manager will also be responsible for analyzing sales performance data and providing insights and recommendations to sales leadership. • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related field
• Proven track record of successful sales enablement initiatives
• Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies
• Experience with sales training and coaching
