Safe Program Consultant Jobs

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in digital technologies related to business analysis and data management.

Familiarity with digital technologies and their application in business analysis and data management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Knowledge of agile methodologies, particularly the SAFE framework, and experience working in agile teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements and objectives.

Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful translation of business requirements into technical specifications.

Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Science or a related field

Master’s Degree in Education, Educational Theory, Social Science or a related field

Research techniques for collection of primary & secondary data

Use of standard office computer application software

Preparation of clear, concise documentation

Proofing & editing of documents

Strong computer/Internet skills and knowledge of case management systems, reporting procedures and responsibilities and the ability to work within those systems;

Working knowledge of the fundamentals of Kinship, Foster Care, Forever Families and Adoption;

Solid knowledge of services and resources available for youth in Ontario;

Experienced motivational interviewer with the ability to create a comfortable interview environment;

Sound knowledge of the child welfare system and the principle issues affecting the youth in this system;

Highly effective written and oral communication skills, problem solving, advocacy and assessment skills;
