Robotic Specialist Jobs in British Columbia

Self-motivated and self-directed critical thinker with strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills.

Designing and executing tests based on product requirements and known customer scenarios

Experience with Robotic Operating System (ROS), ROS navigation stack, and Linux

Experience with OpenCV, PCL and OpenGL

Experience with common communication protocols (SPI, UART, I2C, CAN, TCP/IP)

Experience with sensor fusion and sensor uncertainty

Degree or diploma in a technology-related discipline, or a mix of industry certifications & strong experience

Set up the RPA development environment and manage Bots through their lifecycle across different environments

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

Proven knowledge of integrated development environments

Work experience in a regulated industry like Life Sciences or Pharma would be an asset

Design and develop efficient automation models with a focus on scalability and reusability

Prioritize work load based on production requirements and work within allotted hours and budget.

Perform quality checks as prescribed and report issues to Manager

Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes

Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications

Ability to evaluate weld quality to ensure suitable welds are applied the first time in preparation for quality inspection.

Operate and Troubleshoot robotic welding machine as required
