Relevant experience in personnel management and / or supervisor role;

Perform various administrative tasks: document management, follow-ups, signatures, photos for guarantees, emails, etc.

Knowledge in mechanics or experience as a mechanic;

Sense of planning, time management and ability to manage priorities;

Manage customer calls according to priorities;

Monitor and manage the work orders in progress;

Continually grow and develop with the Liftow team through our in-house training teams that are focused on your success

Experience in project management and on Ministry of Transportation of Québec (MTQ), Ontario (MTO), and Montreal (MTM) projects

Design and model roads using; AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, GeoPak, InRoad, GuideSIGN, and AutoTURN

Conduct calculations using, technical models, drawings, project specifications, technical reports, and quantity estimates

Prepare; design submittals, proposals, technical reports, and analysis based on project specifications

Oversee the assembly of the design deliverables (i.e., drawings, presentations, reports, prototypes, etc.)

Resolve design conflicts and inconsistencies with CAD Techs

Five years’ experience and + as a workshop or road technician,

Ongoing training for our employees offered by our in-house trainer and by John Deere

Evaluate, diagnose and repair client equipment or machinery while on the road,

Repair and refurbish within the timeframe given machinery or equipment designated by the work order,

Establish diagnostics of problems, plan a work method and sequence to follow before beginning repairs,

Register on the work order all extra work that must be done and inform the client and the workshop foreman,
