Work closely with product designers, producers, client partners and clients to educate and inform them about brand design best practices.

Proficient with design tools like Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Understand the business and deliver world-class creative brand experiences in a fast-paced environment

Craft stories for consumers to explain product benefits in simple yet memorable ways

Collaborate with marketing, product design, and growth teams to concept campaigns, product features, and communications that support a seamless study experience

Enhance our in-house skill set by managing or guiding the work of outside agencies or freelancers

8+ years of experience with a strong portfolio of relevant work targeting consumer audiences

Demonstrated experience building creative that supports marketing and business objectives

Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Management experience is an asset, but not required.

Keep the team updated on projects through effective communications in Microsoft Teams (communications) and Monday.com (task/project management).

Design marketing collateral, including brochures, sales decks, vinyl wraps, posters, and merchandise that align with brand standards and project requirements.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload.

3+ years of experience in brand design or a similar role within an agency.
