Providing solutions to the guest complaints or issues or escort them to the supervisor or manager.

Working as a team player with other department to provide great experience to the guests.

Hospitality experience is an asset.

Experience in restaurant point of sale system is an asset.

Able to work overtime is a requirement.

Natural skills in: Coordination, Organization, Administration, Time Management and Multi-Tasking.

Supporting management in the audits and annual performance reviews.

Post secondary education in Human Resources or certification is an asset.

1 year of Human Resources experience is preferred.

Should have strong verbal/written and listing skills.

Our people experience working at a world-class golf resort.

Process laundry, including loading, operating and unloading washers and dryers.

Wash, fold, and iron soiled linens, towels, napkins and tablecloths.

Safely operate, clean, and maintain equipment as trained.

Stock shelves and maintain the cleanliness of the laundry facility.

Assist in monthly linen inventory and preparing and stocking housekeeping carts.

Maintain positive guest and associate relationships by responding appropriately to inquiries and concerns as quickly and completely as possible.
