Overview The Resident Care Manager RN is responsible for providing quality care to residents in a long-term care facility. This position is responsible for ensuring that all residents receive the highest quality of care and that all staff members are properly trained and supervised. The Resident Care Manager RN will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that all residents receive the best possible care. Detailed Job Description The Resident Care Manager RN is responsible for providing quality care to residents in a long-term care facility. This position is responsible for ensuring that all residents receive the highest quality of care and that all staff members are properly trained and supervised. The Resident Care Manager RN will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that all residents receive the best possible care. The Resident Care Manager RN will also be responsible for monitoring the quality of care provided to residents, and for ensuring that all staff members are following the policies and procedures set forth by the facility. The Resident Care Manager RN will also be responsible for developing and implementing plans to improve the quality of care provided to residents. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
• Current RN license in the state of practice
• At least two years of experience in a long-term care setting
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards
• Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures
• Ability to monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to residents
