Research Community Manager Jobs in Manitoba

Relevant experience in research (for example, any of consumer research, insights, user research, etc), project management, and/or customer service

Strong project and time management skills

Partner with the product management and UX design team to identify target user behaviours and define success metrics

Manage and scale the beta program (customer field trials) for new products and feature releases

Track usage analytics and manage feedback submitted by users to identify trends

Generate reports of participant inputs and submit them to product managers and UX design team for further analysis

3 to 4 years’ experience in market research panel management or equivalent role

Database management experience, including cleaning, consolidating, and analyzing

Manage the day-to-day activities and data required for the Stakeholder Community and monitor the community management platform
