Rental Property Manager Jobs

Demonstrate strong, fiscally responsible financial management skills in order to meet client expectations.

Provide property management services to company clients in compliance with the management agreements in place and within the guidelines of Tribe.

Ensure that all activity is conducted within the appropriate provincial legislation pertaining to the business of third-party property management.

Possess a valid Rental Management license along with a track record of excellence

Working towards an REIC property management designation is considered an asset

Maintain a current, in-depth knowledge of each property within the assigned portfolio.

Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Previous experience in residential property management, considered an asset.

Preparing monthly, weekly, and daily reports for management.

Adhering to a 30-min response time policy for inquiries prospective tenants and management.

Strong computer skills: confident in MS Office (CRM experience considered an asset).

Overseeing all lease-up requirements of newly constructed residential building(s).

A minimum of Three (3) years of experience in residential rental property management is required

Demonstrated organizational, time management, and leadership skills

Excellent customer care and client management skills

Holds a valid Associate license authorized to practice in property management

RECA Property Management License (required)

Take phone calls from on-site managers, owners, board members, and contractors
