Overview A Remote Customer Chat Specialist is responsible for providing customer service and support via chat, email, and phone. They are responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing helpful information and advice. Detailed Job Description The Remote Customer Chat Specialist is responsible for providing customer service and support via chat, email, and phone. They must be able to quickly and accurately respond to customer inquiries, resolve customer issues, and provide helpful information and advice. They must be able to maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of customer service software, such as Zendesk
• Knowledge of basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of customer service software, such as Zendesk
• Knowledge of basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office

• Experience working in a remote customer service role
