Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in an automated production environment.

Get hands-on experience in teaching and tutoring

Communicate with students and clarify their specific tutoring needs

Implement instructional activities that contribute to a climate where students are actively engaged in meaningful learning experiences.

University degree in Education or a related field.

1+ years of experience teaching or tutoring students in primary or secondary school.

2+ years of experience working with young people who experience difficulty in attending school consistently and achieving academic success.

High School diploma or provincial equivalent (GED) (Equivalent Experience may be accepted in lieu of a High School Diploma)

Minimum 1 year experience managing a team OR Minimum 2 years’ experience working within a unionized environment

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., understand the major features of each software application)

Promotes good relations with external stakeholders such as bargaining unit representatives, contractors, customers and the general public.
