Communication Skills: build and maintain Canada’s Launch Excellence narrative and updates to share progress and milestones with all key stakeholders

Responsibility to Report: Identifies and reports adverse events and product complaints as per Corporate procedure, including Your Reporting Responsibilities (YRR) training.

Track record of successfully leading complex cross-functional projects as project manager, strategy lead, or other similar role

Qualifications, Skills, And Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field) is ideal, but not a requirement.

Experience applying problem-solving methodologies in work environments.

Experience supporting continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, Accelerated Root Cause, Transactional Lean, etc.

Prior experience with AutoCAD considered an asset.

Intermediate skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Assists in the development of long-range asset management schedules and budgets

Maintains the PM (Preventive Maintenance) and PdM (Predictive Maintenance) systems and process within the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

Reviews required asset management performance reports

Communicates the key asset management performance indicators as well as the company’s KPIs (Key Process Indicators)

Works closely with the Maintenance and Operations Departments in performing RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis) and asset management improvement

Excellent administrative and analytical skills
