Prior experience in an office administrative role preferred, with preference to candidates with financial industry experience and/or demonstrable investment knowledge.

Work alongside our Portfolio Managers and interact with clients throughout the account opening and onboarding process.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Generate, organize, and maintain client files and e-documentsand files on an ongoing basis.
