Liaise and advocate with insurance providers and provincial governments as necessary to determine coverage options
Keep detailed notes in the patient’s electronic chart

Proficiency in MS Office applications, with especially strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Prepare manual cheque requests for processing; identifying claims requiring Vendor Maintenance and redirecting as required.
Monitoring inbox and responding to inquiries or redirect to appropriate team.
Collaborating with Reimbursements Team on process improvements.
