Regional Sales And Education Executive Jobs in Ontario

Motivate, and manage sales staff with product knowledge, client relationship techniques and implement marketing initiatives

Provide in-store coaching of business skills, product knowledge and selling techniques

Manage, mentor and develop Beauty Advisors in all assigned stores

Manage and monitor Sales Support Expenses such as Freelance recruitment, retention, and productivity for ROI, Tester budgets, Special Events expenses, etc

Manage and monitor Travel and Entertainment expenses for assigned territory

Minimum 5 years retail sales experience ideally in the cosmetic industry

Experience in project management and evaluation

Experience in stroke care and knowledge of the continuum of stroke care an asset

Demonstrated education and problem-solving skills

Experience in the health care system

Demonstrated coordination and networking skills

Exemplary interpersonal/communication skills (written and verbal)
