Formal Education, Licenses, and Certifications Required:

Facilitate quarterly learning sessions for Operational Managers on understanding of collective agreements, disciplinary processes, etc.

High School diploma with five (5) years of human resources generalist experience

Prior work experience with employee relations, development, and engagement as well as policy implementation and interpretation

Demonstrated leadership, supervisory and management skills.

Provide leadership to less experienced Resource Managers

Or any combination of experience and training that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.

Advanced knowledge of forecasting and budgeting skills.

Advanced knowledge of systems and processes designed to manage all components of fiber procurement for volume, quality and cost.
