Project And Facility Manager

Strong project management skills including an understanding of project management methods and techniques (PMBOK best practices)
Manage the planning & design and/or delivery of infrastructure projects including operational/strategic initiatives, resource and financial management
Understanding of the City of Edmonton’s Project Management Design and Delivery model (PDDM)
Facility and Project Manager for all buildings and sites occupied by Edmonton Fire Rescue including all support and service buildings
Document all project activities in accordance with City policies, processes and procedures, as well as regulatory and legislative requirements
Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in the delivery of projects
