Minimum five (5) years experience in Project or Data Management, preferably within a land use planning or capital planning environment;

Planning of schedule of course offerings, educational content, program assessment and evaluation tools, reports and procedural guidelines

Demonstrates a commitment to enhancing one’s own awareness, knowledge, and skills related to equity, diversity, and inclusion

Undergraduate degree, preferably in Journalism, English, Education or another relevant discipline, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum four years of related experience in educational development and/or communications, preferably in a university environment.

Work with partners and within graduate programs across the institution to align on processes and procedures to administer graduate education.

Develop and deliver educational tutorials, sessions, training, webinars and workshops.

Experience in project management and evaluation

Experience in stroke care and knowledge of the continuum of stroke care an asset

Demonstrated education and problem-solving skills

Experience in the health care system

Demonstrated coordination and networking skills

Exemplary interpersonal/communication skills (written and verbal)

At least five years successful sales experience and two years minimum sales management experience;

Work with team to drive sales force effectiveness principles through deep account management and strong strategic focus

Superior communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities;

Lead, manage and motivate Account Managers to meet and exceed sales targets.

Contribute to the annual development/refinement of strategic plan, through specific ideas for improvement tempered by field knowledge;

Leverage Business Development Managers to support sales initiatives and strategies

Experience in team management and collaboration

Oversee and guide education development, manage portfolio priorities

Coaches Education Experts and is in charge of their upskilling and ability to reflect brand DNA

Basic knowledge and skills in utlizing Microsoft office sofware (Word/PowerPoint/Outlook)

Focus on account development through education and maximise education creative, product and business programs.

Transmits education content to Education Experts

Strong project management skills with attention to detail.

Leadership skills with experience in developing and motivating teams,

Responsible for the education support to multiple distributors,

Responsible for education within these markets,

Support education activities (I.e., artistic classes, shows, events, etc.),

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
