Liaise with all stakeholders, such as investment managers and brokers, to resolve issues.

You will ensure all asset data is captured and processed accurately

Work to service level agreements, FCA regulations and company policies.

Prioritise your workload to ensure no breaches occur

Contribute to establishing full team procedures and controls along with appropriate maintenance and regular reviews.

Monitor inbox and identify items which impact the area, such as trade reports, contract notes, corporate action notices and queries.

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including revenue analysis reports, variance analysis, and management reports.

1 to 2 years experience in Finance, Accounting or related field

Knowledge of ERP systems and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is desirable.

College or Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably with a focus on revenue analysis and bank reconciliations.

Responsible for driving resolution of all outstanding breaks through escalation and query management.

Ownership for specified Trust Accounting reconciliations across suspense accounts

Investigation and source all breaks on a timely basis.

Ensure that the processing of journal entries is sent for approval prior to the deadline.

Follow-up and escalation of outstanding breaks

Ensure that there are no breaks sourced to GR > 5 days.

Good understanding of project management, scrum and/or agile environment,

Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Math.
