Be a brand ambassador by keeping up with new arrivals, product knowledge, and wearing current merchandise

Provide industry knowledge through awareness of products and prices in the market

Support cleanliness and maintenance of physical store to create a safe and comfortable shopping experience

Solid people management& interpersonal skills– proven ability to coach staff to increase sales performance& further retail career development

Scheduling: live management of the schedule to react to business trends and manage payroll costs

Loss Prevention& Security: follow all operating and cash management policies& procedures to protect store assets and minimize loss, including proper administration

Effective email management to share relevant corporate and store information with the store team

Participate in management and store meetings to align the team on sales and operational objectives and achieve budgets

Organizational skills - can manage multiple tasks to meet objectives and critical deadlines; able to execute to plan.

Productivity Management: holds sales team accountable for personal productivity

Develops both self and individual product knowledge skills and remains aware of current collections

Coaches team on how to incorporate trends into their selling experience with customers

Works with the Store Manager and/or Associate Manager to protect and drive the needs of the business at all times

Approaches challenges in direct and timely manner and partners with the Store Manager and/or Associate Manager(s)

Works with the Store Manager and Associate Manager(s) to create a talent bench strength by actively recruiting and interviewing candidates
