3-5 years P&C insurance experience

5+ years of meeting planning/event management experience including project management preferably in a corporate environment or the financial industry.

Providing comprehensive reporting, including budget management and tracking, metrics and measurement, research and analysis, and attendee surveys

Event management industry association membership, volunteer hours and/or professional development credits

Manage and execute external and internal corporate events including, but not limited to:

Site selection; selection and vetting of suppliers (via RFP); contracting and coordinating food, beverage, housing and audio-visual requirements
