Communicates with clients about vehicle problems, insurance questions, and warranty issues

Maintains positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat and return customers

Record and distribute individual property operating costs to properties and tenants and reporting such results to Management

Experience and proficiency using the MS Office suite with intermediate to advanced skills on SharePoint, Excel, MS Projects and Google Earth

Have a strong understanding of commercial/industrial construction requirements to work smoothly with Project Manager(s) and Operations Manager(s)

Continuous education mindset and knowledge gathering to ensure up to date with the latest ongoing industry programs relevant to our business

Plan and manage budgets for forecasting operating costs for individual properties for both short term and long term needs

Maintain schedule of tenant requirements such as insurance and property taxes, maintenance programs, etc.
