Inspecting electronic equipment configured for customer systems

Verifying product meets latest hardware and software standards

Scanning barcode information in an AS/400 system

· Intermediate knowledge of HACCP and Quality Management programs

· Strong communication skills are a key requirement (verbal/ written)

· Minimum two (2) to three (3) years’ experience in a food manufacturing environment

· Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word , Excel, Access)

· Working knowledge of business software SAP is an asset

Coordinate required tracking and testing protocols with Operations to ensure production staff is aligned and keeping up with requirements.

Manage and lead Quality Incident investigation process, troubleshooting, and corrective actions.

Assist in administrative activities and ensure all documentation is updated in order to maintain Concrete Ontario Certification.

Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering/Technology or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a RMX Concrete or similar setting

Responsible for implementing the DCC’s Quality Management System (QMS).

Assist in Auditing of the Quality Management System (ISO Based standards)

Provide guidance to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.

Manage all QC related correspondence and the dissemination of information to internal/external stakeholders.

Assist the manager in Tack coat coordination as required including schedule, payment and safety

Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.

3+ years’ experience in an administrative role on an industrial site.

Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Establish and Maintain Document Control Systems: This includes creating file naming conventions, organizing document repositories, and maintaining revision control.

Building and maintaining turnover packages and field installation work packages.

Maintaining control of turnover and field installation work packages.

Transmitting documents for approval to customer.

Previous experience and/or aptitude to operate multi product pipelines is considered an asset.

Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication, and trouble shooting skills;

Strong knowledge of MS office applications including Excel and Word;

A team collaborator, strong organizational skills, attention to details; and

Coordinate pipeline system operations with field personnel and external customers;

Utilize leak detection systems to monitor segment integrities and respond appropriately to violations;

Knowledge of acceptable Veoneer Quality Standards

Completion of a 2 year Electronics Diploma or Electro/Mechanical Technician Diploma

Perform non-routine testing to support production process validation, stability studies or any testing assigned by management

1-3 years work experience in a QC function in a GMP/GLP or ISO compliant environment.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Knowledge of microbiology and polymer chemistry;
