As the Manager, Risk and Insurance, you will:

Technical Expertise and Specialized Knowledge:

• You have knowledge of specific indemnity guidelines and directives to ensure compliance.

Support Project Managers and Business Solutions leadership throughout all phases of the project management lifecycle including prioritization, resource estimation and scheduling

Identify, develop, document and execute testing strategies with acceptance criteria to validate business requirements

Produce quality documents including business processes and controls, requirements and specifications, test plans, and user guides

Work with team members and key stakeholders to coordinate dependencies across initiatives, ensuring all cross-functional requirements are delivered on time

Minimum 2 years proven experience in the insurance industry is preferred

Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst or Business Consultant is required
