Project Resource Team Lead Jobs

Recent combined mother-baby care and/or recent Labour & Delivery and/or LDRP and/or neonatal and/or Antepartum nursing experience required.

Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program required.

If there are no applicants meeting the qualifications, the employer may consider an applicant who does not meet the above qualifications.

Nurses currently working on A6 Antepartum/Gyne will be deemed qualified due to the antepartum on that unit.

Active participation in professional associations e.g. Association of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (ARNM) preferred.

Annual BLS Level C Registration/Re-Registration is required.

Current acute nursing experience preferred.

Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program required.

Nursing care knowledge related to clinical area.

Roles and responsibilities of members of the healthcare team.

Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills.

Preference will be given to those applicants competent in an Indigenous language and/or knowledge in Indigenous customs, traditions and values.

Successful completion of Manitoba Nephrology Nursing Course required.

CRNM registration/eligibility for registration required.

Active participation in professional associations e.g. Association of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (ARNM) preferred.

Bilingualism required (ability to understand and speak English/French)**

Scope of practice as documented in the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA).

Day shifts are between the hours of 0730 and 1545

Ensure effective management of scope, resources, time, cost, quality, risk and ability to plan, allocate, and mobilize resources

Strong domain knowledge of the tools suite Adaptavist currently offers

Disciplinary and/or functional management of employees

Project management in the Competence Center Tooling

Standardizing the project management processes for toolmaking

Project Management Team Lead (Tooling)

Providing technical training to the project managers and the Tooling team leaders

Experience as a tooling Engineer is a must
