Project Quality Coordinator – Phase 3 Jobs

Communicates clinical studies performance data to other members of the management and scientific team.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and to provide management oversight of CROs.

Experience in developing study budgets, forecasting and financial oversight of a project.

Oversee third party vendors to operationalize the study specifications.

Conducts lessons learned exercises to provide continuous process improvement and sharing of best practices.

Participate in and/or lead departmental initiatives.

Experience with scheduling applications (Primavera P6) and project management applications would be an asset.

Prepare accurate reports for management

Knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements

Supervise orders and arrange proper site storage and equipment requirements.

Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements

Proven experience as logistics coordinator

Detailed knowledge of project management including cost control, scheduling, codes, standards, specifications, corporate procedures, contract documents and applicable contract legislation.

Support the process of collection, and classification of all Quality Management System records.

Proficiency in the use of project management software and computer applications is essential.

Knowledge of the theory, principles and practices of civil engineering and architecture.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and think analytically.

Coordinate and participate on project quality audits and/or surveillance at the sites checking the quality processes, procedures, and paperwork.

Consult and contribute to POINT’s Project Management knowledge and processes.

1+ years of project management experience

Experience with Asana, JIRA, MS Project, and/or similar project management tool(s)

Prepare and maintain project plans, obtaining management approval and project team buy-in; liaising with external vendors as appropriate.

Maintain project documentation to promote engaging project team environment, including document management (Sharepoint), taking minutes, updating project timelines, etc.

Communicate proactively with stakeholders and management regarding project risks, delays, and high-impact tasks, along with proposed mitigation plans.

Clinical data management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong project management skills and knowledge of project management methodologies

Experience of Clinical Data Management practices and relational database management software systems.

Good organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines while providing attention to detail.

Coordinate the work of the assigned Data Management/Data Operations team
