Reviewing project staffing requirements and coordinate staffing with supporting functional organization managers and/or subcontractors;

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

Senior level of operational hard rock experience

In-depth knowledge of Deswik, Studio 5 D planner and other mining industry approved software

Experience and familiarity with NI43-101 and/ or JORC compliant studies highly regarded

Provide technical and consulting services to mining clients

Develop and manage project-specific change and risk management systems

Completion of a diploma or degree in a certified project management program is considered an asset

With 10+ years of relevant experience in a Mining EPCM Engineering environment, mining construction and/or mining operations.

A university degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, construction management.

Project Management Professional designation (PMP).

Demonstrated analytical and statistical knowledge using general business mathematical skills (able to prepare and understand budget reports);

Post-Secondary technical training accompanied by experience in the civil construction industry;

Must be willing to travel; typically working 12 hours per day depending on site/client requirements and demands; and
