2+ years of experience in building repair and restoration engineering

Strong technical knowledge in structural analysis and design

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Conducting site inspections and investigations to assess building conditions and identify areas of concern

Performing structural analysis and design of repair and restoration solutions

Preparing technical reports and project specifications

Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees, and management

Be knowledgeable and familiar with the surrounding businesses to track competitors' tactics

Previous customer service/ cashier experience in a retail environment

Grow our clients' accounts monthly with continuous improvement and increases

Responsible for customer service, price setting, promoting listings, and identifying products

Maintain and build positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Associate to join our growing London Team.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Science, Building Science; or Civil Engineering Technologist (CET).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
