Project Execution Supervisor Jobs in Quebec

Vendor management experience required, including purchasing, contracting, and maintaining relationships and communication with multiple vendors simultaneously.

Responsible for development and oversight of SEB / NJAES policies pertaining to facilities management.

Ability to problem solve and adapt to shifting priorities. Ability to interface with all levels of management.

Experience in a higher education setting or government agency.

May be required to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Adobe suite of products including Illustrator, Photoshop, project/work order management software.

Familiarity with Architectural Desktop (AutoCAD) and the University space management software a plus.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Excellent communication and influencing skills with experience leading complex projects and managing deadlines

Support the development of performance tracking framework and manage the reporting

Manage portfolio of Individual Markets strategic initiatives, and partner with senior leadership to ensure timely delivery

Proficient technical skills including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with ability to tell succinct story through visuals

Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with clearly defined timelines / milestones
