You have experience with program evaluation. Tajikeimɨk will also offer mentoring and training to support the position.

You have sound knowledge of Mi’kmaw culture and experience working with Mi’kmaw organizations.

Support Health Directors in Nova Scotia in evaluating programs offered through Mi’kmaw community health centres

You are an innovative thinker with experience developing and using evaluation as a tool for community development and social change.

Experience with program evaluation, models and tools.

Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and planning skills.

Provide feedback to instructors and program managers on areas for improvement in training delivery and content

Collaborate with program managers, subject matter experts, and instructors to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of training programs

Must have 7 years of Navy related experience in the Marine Engineer (MarTech) or Marine Electrician (MarElec)

Must have some experience with training and delivery, curriculum development and design, and/or learning evaluation

Must have advanced skills with MS Office Suites (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Attend multiple classes within the MarTech/Elec fields as required

● Minimum 3 years practical/related experience, required.

● Experience with evaluation frameworks, required.

● Experience working with diverse partners and stakeholders.

● Experience with cultural safety training, anti-racist practice, and trauma-informed care is an asset.
