Major Responsibilities and Duties :

* Support gathering of compliance evidence and participate in annual certification, self-audits and regular BCUC sanctioned audits.

Driver's License Type = Class 5 is a requirement

In addition, successful applicant is expected to fulfill the following requirements:

Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Business, or equivalent

Responsible for scope updates, management, and creation. Review subcontract scopes for accuracy and job specificity.

Research and recommend contract management best practices process improvements

Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software

Manage sub trade related warranty claims

Experience in the residential construction industry

Minimum of 5 years of experience with broad knowledge of occupational health and safety management and/or project management expertise

Cultivate excellent working relationships in liaising with WorkSafeBC management and staff as well as external stakeholders

Your Experience And Educational Background

Manage the divisional operations team to ensure effective delivery of services to the Prevention Services Division.

Manage ongoing projects, reports, and initiatives critical to the department and Prevention Services Division.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
