Ability to apply Agile Management Framework and well-documented Agile techniques (User Stories, Burndown techniques, Acceptance Test Driven Development, Continuous testing, etc.);

Program Manager or Senior Project Manager.

Managed high visibility project/program with multiple works streams (pods or labs).

Experience with Development, and integration projects.

Practical experience with any of the key disciplines required in agile delivery – such as software development or business (system) analysis;

Experience working in a dependent multi-agile team environment

Develop communication and change management plans to ensure successful deployment and implementation of changes throughout the whole Bombardier community;

Standardize and optimize processes (tail swaps, model mix conversions, etc.) related to Bombardier Aviation Customer Skyline Management;

Establish governances, escalate to the appropriate management level when required and provide visibility to senior management;

You have a minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in the aerospace industry or similar;

You have a good knowledge of Bombardier manufacturing processes;

You have business acumen and a general knowledge of financial principles;

Minimum 5 years of Project and Program Management experience in Manhattan WMS

Defining overall scope of the project

Identify project dependencies and key risks

Communication & Co-ordination with key stakeholders

Align and conduct daily/weekly status review meeting

Planning, Design & Build Phases. Testing and implementation of Manhattan WMS and Dematic/DA.

Experience collecting, analyzing and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data, and making recommendations to senior management

Lead and implement quality improvement, performance monitoring evaluation and project management functions; and

Support the directors, managers and staff of Social Services Division and Insured Health in assessing the impact of programs and services;

Experience designing and implementing data collection protocols, quality improvement programs, and performing detailed analyses under time pressure

Experience in identifying and resolving data quality issues, evaluating programs and producing plain-language reports

Experience building and maintaining working relationships, and working with diverse groups
