This position has a mandatory hybrid working arrangement - 2 days in office, Tuesday and Wednesday.

No weekends! Minimum 3 weeks advance notice regarding assigned work shifts.

Post-secondary education with industry certification is preferred or equivalent work experience

Assist customers with the completion of appropriate forms and other policy requirements.

Maintaining procedural expertise, broad knowledge and keeping current with our systems and products in our rapidly changing environment.

You obsess about customers, listen, engage, and act for their benefit.

Customer service focus and skills

Work experience in contact center is necessary.

Participate in the pre-sales cycle as necessary to gather requirements, formulate delivery approach and develop a proposal/SOW.

Integrate plans with customer's project managers for the successful execution of Contact Center deployments.

Experience with сlient-facing projects is a must.

Hands-on with technical requirements gathering through a detailed discovery process, documentation creation, considering future goals & objectives.

4+ years of experience in Client Service or account management.

Build, develop and manage strong client relationships with existing professional translation services clients.

Working knowledge and proficiency using CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)

Superior organizational skills - able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines, managing changing priorities, and working under pressure.

Very strong work ethics and interpersonal skills essential to develop trusted relationships.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.

A continuous learner.Willing to learn new applications, products and services and stay up to date with knowledge articles.

A solution driven mindset, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Previous customer service experience in a contact center, retail environment or service industry.

Previous experience in a contact center environment would be considered a tremendous asset.
