Job Description Production Team Member is responsible for performing a variety of tasks in a manufacturing environment. This includes operating machinery, assembling parts, and inspecting products. The Production Team Member must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to work with minimal supervision. Skills Required
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Ability to work with a team
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
Knowledge
• Knowledge of basic safety practices
• Knowledge of basic manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of quality control processes
Experience
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
