Product Specialist Business Intelligence Jobs

University degree in Business/Economics or related fields with 1+ years of experience; or IT Certification/Diploma/Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience

Effective and collaborative interpersonal skills (written and verbal)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex and dynamic environment with significant change, ambiguity and adapting to evolving organizational requirements

Experience in travel, hospitability, technology industries a plus

Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience is a plus

Responsible for delivering corporate reporting and Power BI projects

Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills

Work with executives and support all administration activities pertaining to contract management

Assists in providing statistical data on airport and vendor performance management

Manage bidding process, including bid period

Conduct a pre-qualification process of prospective bidders. Prepare and obtain approval of bidder lists

Control and manage the Ground Ops (BI) Dashboard, ensuring accuracy of data

Experience in Customer Success or Account Management preferred.

Serve as an incident manager as needed for high-impact outages and product issues.

Exceptional ability to grasp, manage, and articulate complex systems.

Strong organizational skills in order to stay on top of multiple tasks at once.

Experience in the travel industry, especially air travel, GDS, and ticketing systems is expected.

Deep domain knowledge in air shopping and booking providers (Sabre, Travelport, Amadeus, NDC, SPRK, FLX, ARC, BSP)

7 years of experience selling Business Intelligence (BI) offerings.

Experience planning, pitching, and executing a territory sales strategy.

Experience prospecting for, proposing, and closing solutions in a specialist capacity.

Experience working with sales developers and customer’s technical leads to build business cases for transformation and the plan for implementation.

Experience at engaging and collaborating with executive stakeholders as a business advisor and thought leader in BI.

Experience executing commercial and legal agreements with procurement, legal, and business teams.

Support internal teams on PowerBI and workspace management.

Learn new tools that will elevate our BI offering and bring more value to our end users.

Experience organizing or expanding a Community of practice/Center of excellence for analytics.

Collaborate with the BI Team to establish standards and operating procedures for business intelligence infrastructure.

Research, implement and maintain business intelligence best practices across the organization.

Cultivate a data driven culture as a leader in the Business intelligence & analytics Community of Practice.
