Drive the design and development of Restaurant and Digital capabilities

Own product capabilities for the 3D’s (Drive-Thru, Digital & Delivery)

Represent Canada’s priorities on the Global stage, and ensure that our guest experience is put at the forefront

Prioritize digital product initiatives and transform product requirements into best-in-class digital products that deliver "everyday convenience and fun" to our guests

Education: Bachelor's degree with a technical discipline required and/or advanced business degree preferred

Guest-centric: Passion for discovering consumer behavior, trends, and/or opportunities for innovation. Solid understanding of digital and mobile user experience principles

Experience in product and content development and management preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and project management skills.

Have a significant impact both internally and externally, promoting opinions and knowledge effectively with external and internal stakeholders.

Skilled at working with matrixed teams and building relationships with senior leadership.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Metals & Mining industry and capital markets.

Exceptional collaboration, organizational & communication skills.

Responsible for revenue & GP management for assigned products and solutions.

At least 7+ years’ experience in launching and managing products and services ideally in a global marketplace.

Technical and/or Parts experience is an asset.

Expert persuasion skills and the ability to captivate a room when delivering presentations and product demonstrations.

Define and execute business development strategy.

Plan and coordinate the roll-out of product training.

In-depth knowledge of Agile Project or Product Management experience in a technology-focused role

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or formal Application Lifecycle Management

Develop in depth knowledge of the user base and how technology products are used daily by the business

Manage the product backlog and prioritize based on feedback from the product steering committee and technology leadership

Experience working in a highly complex matrix organization with enterprise level prioritization methodologies

Critical decision-making skills in order to recommend or make critical decisions to ensure delivery of value
