• Experience in Procurement and/or Vendor Governance including implementation of vendor management policies and processes.

Location: Remote, Candidates should be in Canada and work in EST time zone

Providing administrative support to the Project including scheduling, logistics, and associated correspondence for education related committees.

Support the project requirements in terms of internal and external communication between stakeholders.

2+ years of experience in Administrative / project support roles

Advanced knowledge of computers, including MS Office 365, electronic mail.

Strong oral and written communication skills

Experience with ARIBA would be considered an asset

Excellent time management skills and can prioritize and communicate to ensure deadlines are met

Executes change management plans to drive acceptance, adoption, minimize resistance, and maximize engagement and efficiencies

Postsecondary degree or diploma in Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Operations Management or equivalent

Construction knowledge and/or experience is considered an asset

Gathers, validates and documents business requirements

Coordinates solution walk-throughs and sign-offs, verifying with stakeholders that requirements have been met

Salary of 38-42$/h (based on experience)

Create, maintain and manage outline agreements across multiple categories within RTP.

Ensure all outline agreements within scope, are reviewed and under managed status.

Ensure you follow the required governance and compliance relating to key Procurement documentation storage and file structure – satisfying audit requirements.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, V-look up, formulas, etc.)

Strong PowerPoint skills to enable clear and impactful presentation of the data facts to support effective decision making.

Demonstrated capacity to support complex eProcurement systems, including leading business requirements gatherings and system optimization efforts.

Knowledge of automated procurement, supply chain systems, and ERP systems.

Demonstrated skills establishing and maintaining procurement databases and producing analyses and reporting.

Collaborates with team members to develop technical support and end user documentation for application systems.

Develops and maintains system and process documentation, including operations workflow procedures, user guidelines and diagrams. 

Ensures that Branch’s programs are prepared in a format consistent with corporate standards.
