Detailed Job Description The Problem Manager is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving problems that arise in the organization. They are also responsible for developing and implementing strategies to prevent future problems from occurring. The Problem Manager will work with stakeholders to identify root causes of problems and develop solutions to address them. They will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of solutions and making adjustments as needed. The Problem Manager will also be responsible for communicating with stakeholders to ensure that they are aware of the progress and status of the problem resolution process. Job Skills Required
