You can demonstrate a strong technical working knowledge of the Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) operating system.

Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering or in a technology-related field.

Making the most complex architectural decisions in the product

Reviewing feature design proposals from other team members and simplifying them

Work with Deployment Engineers to ensure product selections are current and fit for purpose for customer’s operational requirements and workflows

Education in Electronics/Electrical/Computers/Broadcasting or related field

Working experience with current broadcast operational workflows

Experience with Broadcast IT with network infrastructure

Knowledge of current digital video compression standards and file types

Good written and verbal communications skills

Strong requirement analysis and technical planning skills, high abstract design skills, analytical thinking, independent analysis and problem-solving skills, teamwork.

Analyze the customer's business scenarios and key requirements.

10+ years' working experience in data analytics.

5+ years of experience in architecture design and delivery of EPM systems.

Experience in large-scale database architecture design (such as 300+TB OLAP) is an asset.

Design competitive multi-dimensional database architecture.

Experience mentoring other Programmers and providing insightful feedback on implementation.

Experience in multi-platform/AAA game development.

10+ years experience in Information technology Security

SME in Security Compliance Frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST 800-53 FedRAMP - MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, mathematics or a related field of study

Principal Software Architect Key Responsibilities

Making the most complex architectural decisions in the product

Reviewing feature design proposals from other team members and simplifying them

• Experience with configuration management platforms (e.g. Chef, Puppet, Salt, or Ansible)

2/ Discuss experience working with serverless technologies (eg. API Gateway, Lambda, Step Functions)

• Extensive experience architecting, designing and programming applications in an AWS Cloud environment

• Experience with designing and building application using AWS services such as Lambda, AWS Elastic Beanstalk, Kubernetes

• Experience architecting highly available systems that utilize load balancing, horizontal scalability and high availability

• Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g. Jenkins)

5+ years of DevOps experience

Strong development background, with experience in Java and/or other programming languages

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement

Proven experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform and Terragrunt

Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines

Substantial experience working with containers

Experience with Jenkins / Docker

Experience with scripting languages like Python, bash, powershell

Strong technical leadership and negotiation skills

Experience with Open-source development tools and projects

Prior experience in Compilers, Runtimes, Operating Systems would be an asset but not required
