Principal Consultant Advisory Jobs

Collaborate with Product Management and Development team members to enhance. ServiceNow products with new capabilities that address customer needs.

Strong understanding of Networking and Security technologies: SIEM, IDS /IPS, vulnerability management, end-point protection, breach detection, and threat intelligence.

Please note, while this position is remote, this person will need to live in either the Ottawa, Toronto, or Montreal area.***

Help develop solutions and capabilities that enable other Solution Consultants to demonstrate the value of Security Operations on the ServiceNow platform

Configure solution environments to address customer requirements and business issues.

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and 3-5 years of experience is required.

Project management, product management, or program management. This role is much more hands-on and in-the-details than a normal operations role.

Taking a service offering from ideation to implementation

At least 5 years of work experience (post-graduation) in any industry

Experience in at least two functional business areas (operations, sales, product, etc.)

Encouraging and supporting team professional development, progression and performance management

Knowledge and experience of how to use technology as a business enabler

Previous consulting experience is required

Formal education in business, public administration, engineering, information technology, social sciences or service design

Possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent project management and leadership skills

Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management

Modelling and process management tools

Attend training programs to continually develop skills

Utilize technology to develop yourself, share knowledge with team members and enhance service delivery

Strong spoken and written English skills; French language skills is an asset
